Isaiah 61 Ministry is a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled community devoted to worship, biblical teaching, prayer, discipleship, healing, freedom, and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Our Heart

Our desire is to create a prayerful community where people can encounter the love of God, grow in the truth of Scripture, experience the transforming work of the Holy Spirit, and become faithful disciples of Jesus.
We want to see individuals and families strengthened, people restored in their identity in Christ, and believers equipped to carry the love and presence of Jesus into their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.
Our Story
A community growing together.
Isaiah 61 Ministry grew from a desire to gather people around Jesus through worship, prayer, Scripture, fellowship, and ministry to one another.
What began through prayer and fellowship continues to grow as a community committed to following Jesus, making disciples, serving people, and creating space for healing, restoration, and spiritual growth.
Today, Isaiah 61 gathers regularly in Vernon Hills, Illinois, and serves through Sunday gatherings, Rise 61 for kids and students, prayer ministry, Healing & Freedom ministry, and outreach.
Leadership

Daniel
Daniel carries a heart for biblical teaching, evangelism, prayer, worship, and helping people encounter Jesus personally. He desires to see believers rooted in Scripture, sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and equipped to live faithfully in everyday life.
Together with the Isaiah 61 leadership team, he serves with a desire to build a Christ-centered community marked by prayer, humility, discipleship, accountability, and love for people.

We seek to build our lives on the Word of God and grow as disciples who hear and obey His truth.

We desire to live surrendered to the Holy Spirit and depend on His presence, power, guidance, and transforming work.
Discipleship
We want people to grow in maturity, identity in Christ, obedience, community, and everyday faithfulness.

We believe followers of Jesus are called to carry His love, truth, compassion, and good news into the world around them.
Where We Gather
Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Isaiah 61 Ministry currently gathers in a private home in Vernon Hills. Because of the nature of our gathering space, we share the address personally with guests who connect with us.
